Appetite4Work are currently recruiting for an Kitchen Porter to support a school kitchen near Horsham, Sussex. This role is ideal for a reliable Kitchen Porter who is looking for flexible agency work within schools.

To be considered for this position you must hold a valid Enhanced Child DBS, as this is a requirement for working in the school environment, if not then this can be arranged with Appetite4Work.

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter who can work the following ad hoc dates between now and the summer:

• Saturday 25th April
• Sunday 26th April
• Saturday 9th May
• Sunday 10th May
• Saturday 6th June
• Sunday 21st June

Shift time: 10:00am – 19:00pm

This role requires a hardworking Kitchen Porter who is comfortable working in a busy school kitchen, supporting the chefs and helping to maintain high hygiene standards.

Location:

School near Horsham, Sussex

Due to the location, we are ideally looking for a Kitchen Porter who lives locally to Horsham or Crawley, or a Kitchen Porter who drives and has access to their own vehicle.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen porter experience
• A valid Enhanced Child DBS or this can be arranged with Appetite4Work
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
• A strong work ethic in a fast-paced kitchen environment
